Christopher loves the unity of God’s people and serving God’s people the church. Since Jr. High Christopher knew he wanted to be a minister and served his local church and now is currently going on his tenth year of full time ministry. He graduated from South Houston Bible Institute (Pastoral Ministry) in 2004 while serving in his first ministry at Memorial Christian Church from 2002-2005 in youth ministry. Christopher was thrown right into the job with his first ministry building a youth ministry from ground up. Starting with two students and to God’s glory had 30-40 different students attending when he moved. He married his lovely wife Shannon in May 2005 and they worked at Dewey First Christian Church for 14 months revamping the children’s and youth programs. In 2006-2007 Christopher and Shannon served as houseparents at Lifehouse of Houston, a Christian maternity home ministering to unwed mothers. Directly following Christopher joined Community Baptist Church in 2007 to serve as youth minister rebuilding the youth ministry program. In June 2008, Christopher was called and returned to Memorial Christian Church to serve as the preaching minister.  Christopher currently serves as an Executive board member of Tanglewood Christian Camp & has served as an adjunct teacher of Youth Ministry at the South Houston Bible Institute.

Christopher is excited to come on board with Cypress Crossings Christian Church to return to work with children and youth. Christopher and Shannon, this year, are going on seven years of marriage and are blessed with three rambunctious boys: Cephas, Gideon and Silas. Christopher enjoys watching Christmas & Sci-fi movies, reading, playing video games, and teaching his boys in his spare time.
